It was price and location
no cleaning, staff behavior was not good, too much noise of generator, bad smell from washroom, not even wifi bill paid, sometime light gone out.

Extremely Bad No towels, soap, tissues etc. were provided by the hotel and communicated at the time of check inn that this customer has to bring by himself Bathroom were extremely dirty, bath tub has drainage problem and sink tab also not working properly Carpet in the room was dirty and smelly with stains all over the places Sleeping bed was also very old on top of that bed sheet and pillow cover was dirty and smelly and no blanket provided This hotel was a nightmare
